You can direct your customer to whatever store you are in, but your contact info will have the address of your home store. It is best to use the store you frequent the most.

I will need the name you go by, your email (your.name@cellularsales.com) and the address of your home store.

None. Since the app is a highly specific web page with custom coding to behave like an app, it gathers as much information as a web browser. Nothing private. I can see statistics, such as how many times it was opened, where the visitors are from and other generic information, I cannot see any personal or identifiable information. 

Yup. Initially. The initial cost is $149 for the app, NFC card and the first year of hosting. Since this is a web based application, there are hosting fee's associated with it. After your first year, I will ask for $19 a year to continue hosting it for you. Good luck finding anyone cheaper!

If you want, I can hand over the completed project to you and you can find your own hosting for the app. It is considerably more expensive and I believe the app will be worth CONSIDERABLY more than $19 a year. I personally use this app and hundreds of customers use it to reach out to me directly. I am willing to bet this app has generated me thousands of dollars in commissions that would have gone to other reps if they had not been able to contact me.

If you choose, we can work out a lifetime hosting plan on a one-on-one basis. Some people may change markets, get promoted away from the sales floor or other reasons to want hosting for more than a year, but not forever. 

Replacement NFC cards are $10 each. Please do not lose them or damage them. 

I do not have a way to remove the web app from someones device, but I will change the contact information to the Home store you chose. All links in the app will be redirected.

This is the same outcome if you choose to not re-new for another year.

If you get a new phone number, change markets or need a new home store, reach out to me. I will make 1 change at no charge. If you need multiple changes then I will charge $20 for changing the linking or $100 for a complete redesign.

As long as they dont remove it, do a factory reset or change devices. With the NFC card you will receive with this app, it adds your info to the customers contact list, incluing the web address to the app. 

In the off chance a customer removes the app, or gets a new device, simply open your contact and click the web link to re-open your app. Add it to home screen again and you are back in business.
